VB12 is a hybrid training program that operates off 3 main principles: run miles, lift weights, and don't drink. These "two do's + one don't" are the keys to guaranteed results upon completion of the program.
Who is VB12 designed for?
This is NOT an AA program. This is NOT a pledge to lifetime sobriety. VB12 is designed for high functioning, professional fathers who want to take control over a vice holding them back and get stronger, faster and drop weight in the process.
What equipment do I need?
VB12 is designed for maximum success rate. WIth that in mind, we keep equipment requirements simple so you can complete your workouts at home, or in a gym, with dumbells and a bench.
